Application
Isopad IIBC-G soft jacket heaters are designed for various IBC and tote tank sizes and have adjustable nylon straps and buckles. The IBC heaters are suitable for IBC's and tote tanks made from plastic or metal with or without metal frame.
The heating jacket can be easily wrapped around the container and can heat the content of the container from the outside without changing the IBC or tote tank. Another advantage is that the use of the IIBC-G soft jacket heaters doesn't contaminate or scorch the product inside the container.
The 2x 1000 W variant can heat 1000 liter of water from +15ºC to +50ºC in approximately 48 hours. An optional top cover is available to reduce heat loss and accelerate the heating process. The temperature is controlled via integrated adjustable thermostats. Up to three separate heating zones allow the temperature to be adjusted when product levels are low.
