Application
Isopad FG200 is a parallel circuit, medium wattage, constant power heating cable that can be cut to length to fit the application parameters. These heating cables are designed to operate in a variety of process applications in nonchemically aggressive environments were versatile flexibility and at site assembly is required.
FG200 comprises out of twin electrical conductors insulated with highly flexible silicone rubber as primary insulation. The heating element is spiraled around the primary insulation and connected to the conductor at pre-defined zone lengths of 500 mm. The secondary insulation is made out of flexible silicone rubber.
For additional mechanical protection and electrical safety reasons the heating cable can be delivered with an optional metal braid (FG200-B).
