Application
Isopad IT-TeMS4 is a preterminated and flexible heating tape with 4 PTFE coated resistance wires. IT-TeMS4 is used in applications where more power is required ranging from simple frost protection to temperature maintenance on short pipework and apparatus as well as for general container heating applications .
The parallel arrangement of the heating conductors ensures a wide heat-transfer surface. The temperature depends on the power and application.
It is important to make sure that the heating tape does not exceed the maximum withstand temperature.
